The Timberview Band program is moving from Charms over to CutTime!

What’s next? You will receive a Welcome Message (sent to the mobile phone number or email address we have on file for you). Once you receive the welcome message with your CutTime Magic Link, you will gain access to your Parent Portal Page, which is your gateway to announcements, events, account balances, volunteer opportunities, forms and questionnaires, and donation requests. Once you’ve received you Magic Link, check out how to get set up here and go to the Parent Information page for more useful Cut Time links.
All of your Parent Portal information can easily be viewed on your mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop device. If you have more than one student enrolled in band, you will see each of their names appear on your portal page and can tap/click on the one you wish to view. You can easily bookmark your personal Magic Link on any of your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop devices for easy recall and reference – see how to do this here.
What’s more, your student will receive their own, uniquely personalized ‘Magic Link’ to access their information in the new CutTime.
