Congratulations go to the Timberview Wolf Marching Band! It has been an incredible marching season!
We could not be more proud of the work of our students and staff. With their 2023 production, “LumberTango,” they have exceeded all expectations.
Thank you to all of our stakeholders that have made this happen: Students, Parents, Boosters, Volunteers, Teachers, Administrators, Private Teachers, Marching Staff, and Show Design Team!
Here is a list of this season’s accolades:
- HEB Drumline Contest: 4th Place in Class
- Mansfield Preview of Champions: 6th Place (Highest placement at that contest since 2016.)
- US Bands Dallas Showcase: 12th Place (Opted out of finals, but would have advanced to finals if we had participated.)
- Birdville Marching Festival: 10th Place (Versus a very strong field of bands many of which were larger and 6A.)
- UIL Region 5 Marching Contest: 1st Division – Superior Rating from all three judges; advancement to Area Marching Contest
- UIL Area F Marching Contest: 11th Place in preliminary competition (2nd Highest Ranking in school history (10th Place in 2009).)
