• Missed / Can’t Find Your CutTime Magic Link? No worries, you can go here to resend it to your device on file.
Students must use a different spot to resend their magic link which is here.
• Hit ‘Stop’ and Opted Out of CutTime Magic Link Messages by Mistake? No biggie, you can go back to your last message from CutTime and reply with ‘UNSTOP’ to resume the messages whenever you want.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Once your son or daughter joins the Timberview High School Band, there will be several ways to communicate.
CUTTIME: The Timberview Band is switching from CHARMS to CUTTIME. Read this post for some initial instructions.
THE BAND APP: This mobile app is a way for directors, parents, and students to share timely information with each other, including things like practice logistics and volunteer needs. It will include announcements and alerts, the band calendar, and you can interact via comments on posts, or with direct messages. It is all safe, monitored, and approved for student use by MISD. A link to join has been sent to parents via email from the directors.
EMAIL: Regular emails from the directors to parents help you know how the band is progressing, what events are upcoming, the best ways to help your student(s) have a successful band experience, and more.
